    Looks like possibly part of a toggle switch, if that’s what it is it could have come from any number of different pieces of equipment, they’re a fairly standard type of switch.

      I looked some up on Google and the upper part looks similar but I couldn’t find any pictures of the part that goes into the switch box. Could have many different designs. Guess it was not as challenging as I anticipated. Will edit the title.
