    No, it’s not doing that all! Having your name spelled wrong on a Starbucks cup IS NOT a real problem! You’re fabricating outrage at something that does not exist in the comic. The artist is making fun of the petty nonsense that people complain about. So, it’s not dismissive of real problems because it doesn’t list a single real problem in the comic.

    You do realize that comparing degrees of suffering like this

    Having your name spelled wrong on a Starbucks cup IS NOT a degree of suffering. The comic is about petty nonsense. If the comic had a white woman in it complaining about her name being wrong on a cup everyone in the comments section would call her a Karen and the comic would not be so controversial.
