As a third party, it’s probably because you’re being pedantic. No one in the conversation was originally comparing misogyny to misandry. So after the comment “it’s not even comparable” it’s obvious that the following comment of “no one’s comparing them” means this conversation. So really harping on the idea of anybody anywhere on the internet comparing these things is irrelevant.
