House, Senate pass 'National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk' ahead of memorial service

Days before funeral of Charlie Kirk, the Senate and House has passed a "National Day of Remembrance" for the conservative influencer after he was killed last week.

Votes in the House were split with 90 Democrats voting in favor of the resolution. The resolution received unanimous support in the Senate.

    Hijack the day and turn it into a memorial for all gun violence victims, it will piss off the Republicans and maybe do a little good. Probably not though.
