This is the Canadian nationalist shit you see when someone has been protected their whole life. You know Americans know more about fighting the US than Canadians do, right? Borders are also, y’know, imaginary, and people formed connections across borders for generations despite you feeling yucky about the US now. How 'bout you offer to pay for the salaries of every Canadian who crosses the border for work or relocation costs for any families who live across border regions?

People in the U.S. are responsible for their government. They should be shutting the country down with strikes and riots until the fascist morons in charge are hanging by their own entrails.

Nah, that was their choice to work in a foreign country, which only helps them and not their fellow country folk.

Just like the ones that went to work stateside when the US dollar was high in late 90s and early 2000s. Then when the dollar went down to par they all cried, “Oh poor me I’m losing my income and having to commute a lot and use too much gas”

        There are consequences to actions.

Genuinely, go fuck yourself. Like you know a fucking thing about helping your ‘country folk’ when you’d literally let them get arrested for living in a place where cross-border work is normal. I’d rather be in a place where workers have solidarity with each other than where there’s some pompous and hollow notion of nationality.

          Chud.
