        The most recent election results, where the Republican still retained his seat? Meaning that, despite everything that’s gone / going wrong, they can still get people to vote for Republican policies.

        I look around and see that we are still in a free fall as a country, and a midterm is nothing to be excited about. We are the laughing stock of the world, and it will take decades to climb out of the hole that we have not yet reached the bottom of.
