The first fall of piracy came through the rise of streaming services like Netflix making things easily and legally available.

As rather common these days, streaming is similarly convenient as the old video rentals back in the day.

Conclusive, piracy is on the rise again.

    Copyright and corruption are still rampant, so no.

    Piracy is a technical patch to a political problem. It can help for a while but at one point you have to fix your goddamn politics.
