I noticed Voyager resets the state to defaults every time its closed, maybe even when toggling back and forth to it.

I have the same issue. Figured it was update related at first but now it doesn’t seem that’s the cause.

Native + iOS + like 16.6 + > 3GB
iOS 17.3.1, native app, and 115 gb free on the device.

Edit: another question: do you have lockdown mode enabled?

Oh that’s why. Lockdown breaks things like IndexedDB which is used by Voyager to store stuff. I don’t recommend using lockdown on a regular basis.
It didn’t breakdown until super recently, like last update recent tho. Was that implemented only recently?
I switched off voyagers toggle so hopefully it persists now
