Once again my home state making all the worst headlines 🫠
They recently banned birth cert gender marker changes and I still can’t figure out if that means my current cert is invalid. Now I can’t even pee in my home town without going to prison. I love my hometown it’s like Hobbiton, it’s pretty, people are mostly very kind, it’s a place to go to live a calm life. But it is in Idaho, and is entering into the last stages of a christofascist takeover decades in the making.
I’ll probably never get to see where I grew up again, sit at the giant fountain, dig in the clay heavy dirt that’s blacker than the roads, or see the breathtaking pink and gold sunsets over the endless hills. I hope the people who took this from me live full of misery followed by an early grave.
Who said it was easy? Would you leave Nazi Germany when they started exterminating the mentally challenged, socialists and communists? Or would you furrow your brow and say it’s just too hard to move?
Yeah, I’d have to be green in order to compare the country that Nazi Germany took notes from, to that country, which is actively taking notes from Nazi Germany.
