Literally yes, so far the Kremlin has spent 20 times more on the occupied territories of Ukraine building roads, ports and other infrastructure than it spent on its own oblasts. ( Replacing or bypassing Infrastructure that has been destroyed or is still held in Ukrainian hands ) around captured stocks of natural resources . Literal resource extraction from occupied territory.

The content of that picture does not support your claim in any way. Also, it’s from a straight up western cyber security and intelligence think tank. This is not a source, it’s narrative shaping.

Provide a serious source, this shit ain’t it. Right now, as far as I’m concerned, you’re spreading desinformation.

Yes (big agricultural resources, much more moderate climate than most of Russia, Russia wasted no time with taking possession of those resources in occupied regions and selling off the produced and sucking up the revenue) but it is also trying to colonise territory and get more Lebensraum for Russians, including ethnic cleansing of people refusing assimilation, filtration camps etc

Plenty of reports of Russia shipping grain from occupied regions as soon as they got their hands on it. I didn’t know that was considered contested information. Nor that Ukraine being prime agricultural land needing evidence either.
