    Worldwide? Do they consider themselves to be having universal jurisdiction over foreign websites, even if they are blocking Indian users from accessing it?

    Just a few days ago I posted this comment https://discuss.tchncs.de/post/64496001/27100466 in another thread; the Internet cannot work if governments around the world insist that everything on it has to comply with their laws.
