    Is it too much to ask for an option that doesn’t support Israels crimes?

    If people fail to vote, yes. Every time the Republicans are in power, they restrict the right to vote more and more. If you don’t vote, or encourage others not to vote, you support the goals of people who want you to not vote, which is to say fascists and authoritarians.

      And when democrats get back into power their ratchet effect prevents anything done by republicans from ever slipping back

          If I don’t vote I’m supporting those who enable the ratchet effect? But if i vote for the people who created and utilize the ratchet effect I’m not supporting it?

      I have tried talking to people about this issue before, and a frequent response I get is “what’s aipac” or complete unawareness or concern for anything going on overseas. Some people just can’t be bothered to tune in to anything related to politics
