If they’re smart (ha) then they’ll just generate a bunch of buzz and fear about how ICE might be out and about on election day, so that as many people as possible from vulnerable populations (aka non-male non-white people) are too scared for their lives and freedom to go vote.
They will do that for sure, in fact, this very story might be one of the first broadside in that battle. They will also arrest a few. Violently. Any non-white, likely democratic voters, will think twice before they go to the polls.
