Finished When Moon Hits the Eye by John Scalzi.
The book is divided so that each chapter is a new day, and it’s from perspective of new people. So there is no story of certain people, rather it’s about the “event” and we see things from different people’s point of view throughout the book.
I didn’t know that, so it took some getting used to, but once I had come to terms with that it was a very interesting book.
Highly recommended for soft sci-fi fans.

Listening through Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
My reaction to it is kinda mixed. Some of the humor hits, some of it doesn’t. I suspect part of that is that so much of both the style of humor and the specific jokes have seeped down into culture enough to not be surprising.
Stephen Fry, reading it, is definitely giving a performance.
