How many free actions can you take? Can I just cry until the enemy gets bored and leaves? Mayne I am immortal elf and they are mortal men bandits, can I cry until they die of old age?
Technically no matter how many free actions are taken, a round always takes six seconds. So if you take the cry action enough times the density of your tears will make a black hole and destroy all the enemies.
Literally drown your enemies in tears.
