Bad democrats are the least worse option.

Second worst by the narrowest possible margin loses elections. Berate the voters all you want, it won’t change a thing. The republicans whose votes you want won’t vote for the lesser evil because it’s lesser. The left you hate won’t vote for the lesser evil because it’s evil.
