Always bugged me how the grass wasn’t overgrown in The Walking Dead. Who the hell is going around mowing lawns in the zombie apocalypse?!

It’s not like this was filmed in Maine in the Winter.
It was filmed in Atlanta. It takes 10 days to go from mowed to overgrown 6 months of the year.
The same thing that is lighting the candles in caves and hideouts in Doom and Skyrim. It’s their summer job
There is that videogame based on that premise. Goblin cleanup. You reset and clean dungeons in between heros.
Now that you mention it, there’s a lot of ammo laying around a lot of video game caves.
