Had to look up what streaming service it was on, then had to download the app, but just before I texted my wife to ask what the credentials were (she pays for streaming stuff), I remembered that I could just go download it. So I did. And proceeded to watch 5 episodes with zero ads and zero interruption.

the slowest more interruptive part of the process of getting it on the TV was when I forgot to move the downloaded files to my Plex library folder. forty seconds later and it was fixed. and the controls actually worked and weren’t all fucky like most apps are on the AppleTV with the shitty apple remote
