Dude makes a great point. If you’re going to ban gender affirming surgery on minors then you can easily turn that into a ban on circumcision. Lawyers will find a way. You don’t have to mean it, but when you’re running for office you can use that as a tactic to get support from idiot voters who don’t want to lose the right to mutilate their children’s genitals.
