Donald Trump is leading a deeply corrupt, fascist administration that seeks to punish and imprison his enemies – big and small, real and perceived. The unpopular president and his team are laying the groundwork to try to steal the 2026 midterms, and they’re not even trying to hide it.
Democrats in Washington, meanwhile, are hyper-focused on… condemning a left-wing podcaster, Hasan Piker, and distorting his comments criticizing Zionists as a way to marginalize and block the rise of anti-Israel voices on the left.
With less than 10 weeks to go before the election, the opposition party is using this crucial time to demonstrate their continued fealty to Israel – despite its deep and growing political unpopularity in the U.S., its horrifying genocide in Gaza, and the ruinous Iran war that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dragged America’s idiot president into.
It makes me livid that the danger Hasan is pointing to is real and yet centrist Dems can’t even handle the subject being brought up without having performative meltdowns.

Socialism isn’t everyone has to be poor. It’s non-capitalist solutions to problems like healthcare.
I didn’t say it was. Please discuss what I actually said.
Socialism isn’t about giving away wealth, but social ownership of the means of production (healthcare, grocery stores, public transportation, etc…) as opposed to private ownership of these industries. People can still accumulate wealth in socialist goverments.
I didn’t say he had to just give it away either.
Look, if you can’t have this discussion without putting words in my mouth, It’s just not going to happen. Bye.
Good riddance
The “champagne socialist” term is a dead giveaway for that argument.
That’s a thought terminating cliche, and it will make you vulnerable to pandering populists.
What? Being aware of how that term is used isn’t the same as engaging in a thought terminating cliche lol
I’m not trying to make any clever inferences here. I never heard the term before today but I do feel it fits the bill of “people who claim socialism but are okay with being rich”. Put into the same situation, I would feel extremely uncomfortable and find better places for the money than my own overflowing pockets.
I’m going to again highly recommend you look into this more. Maybe even watch more of Hasan to understand what he’s actually saying instead of filtered through these DNC mouthpieces.
I didn’t get my opinion about Hasan from this article and I’ll thank you not to make that assumption.
I’ve asked you clarifying questions here, I’m trying to gauge what you’re basing this opinion on.
I’m not attacking you, I’m really trying to have a conversation with you.
You assumed I dislike Hasan because some liberal mouthpiece lied to me. Everybody assumes that. No, I watched his videos and saw the way he talks to the people who pay him. I made my judgement of his character from direct observations. I don’t care what color tie people like him wear. Our world needs to move beyond them.
Ok
