Donald Trump is leading a deeply corrupt, fascist administration that seeks to punish and imprison his enemies – big and small, real and perceived. The unpopular president and his team are laying the groundwork to try to steal the 2026 midterms, and they’re not even trying to hide it.

Democrats in Washington, meanwhile, are hyper-focused on… condemning a left-wing podcaster, Hasan Piker, and distorting his comments criticizing Zionists as a way to marginalize and block the rise of anti-Israel voices on the left.

With less than 10 weeks to go before the election, the opposition party is using this crucial time to demonstrate their continued fealty to Israel – despite its deep and growing political unpopularity in the U.S., its horrifying genocide in Gaza, and the ruinous Iran war that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dragged America’s idiot president into.

It makes me livid that the danger Hasan is pointing to is real and yet centrist Dems can’t even handle the subject being brought up without having performative meltdowns.

What garbage behavior are you talking about specifically?

I’ll admit that I don’t watch his streams because he can absolutely be abrasive and he gets “one-guy”ed a lot from his chat. But that’s independent of what his beliefs are politically.

One’s beliefs mean nothing if those beliefs don’t call them to better behavior.

I’ll admit that I don’t watch his streams because he can absolutely be abrasive

You telling me to look into him then saying this is kinda cracking me up tbh. You should watch them. He styles himself a symbol of hyper masculinity, which is never anything but a thin excuse for continuous, unrepentant, uncalled-for mistreatment of the people who support him. He reminds me of every overachieving narcissistic bully I’ve ever met. He raises so many red flags just watching him talk to his own supporters that I literally cannot believe leftists tolerate him among them, no matter how much cash he brings to the table.

            Yes.

Also apologies, I added to my comment. It’s not cash that is the influential thing that he brings to the table.

His influence is in large part due to the mass audience he has attracted by speaking to the concerns of the working class.

I understand that. Far be it from me to say he has accomplished nothing of real value. But if he doesn’t stand up for the vulnerable and acts like a bully then he’s no hero at all. His good acts become the excuse for him to get away with shit. He’s just a new generation of Good Ol Boy waiting to take the place of the ones we’re trying to delouse ourselves from.

If standing up for Palestinians and Palestinian supporters isn’t standing up for the vulnerable, I don’t know what is.
