But also I’m pretty sure chickens still exist, and could be processed for food the normal way, leading to klingon salmonella trials.

Would a replicator make one salmonella and all?
Probably not. Which makes medium rare chicken theoretically safe despite the horrifying texture I’m sure it would have.
But also I’m pretty sure chickens still exist, and could be processed for food the normal way, leading to klingon salmonella trials.
It looks like federation replicators do not replicate ANYTHING alive…
