    Regarding religious freedom, it was actually quite high.

    You mean like straight up shooting priests, until Stalin did a 180 during the war because he needed people’s unity? Interesting ‘freedom’ you got there.

            Good on you for acknowledging that yall’s argument has no merit by itself. You can have atheism as a core tenet of communism and Lenin having shot tons of priests in the Red Terror, or you can have ‘religious freedom’ with Stalin kowtowing to the priests because he needed the folks to fill the ranks, but you can’t have both at once.

            P.S. Impressive, tankies even downvote a removed comment that they can’t see. No glimpse of independent thought in sight.
