    It sure reveals the true military and fiscal cost of being belligerent around allies you have previously made… their closest naval supply base is now in the middle of the Indian Ocean at Diego Garcia, causing the ridiculously long deployment in squalid conditions.

    Perhaps we need to skim off some efficiencies from the White House makeup budget…
