    Well, if intended for human consumption, yes.

    Otherwise, it would likely different labelling, akin to what you find on something like co2 canisters, or canned air for electronics

        It’s a drink. Drink often contain callories and added ingreedients. I don’t think I have ever seen a gas that’s full of sugar and is used for costumer consumtion.

        In any case it would be closer to selling an air bottle. Or just any gas at room temperature like oxygen and helium and whatever people use now in days.

          Besides I doubt there are laws for scenarios like this, and drinks are managed by the same people who manage food usually. It would not be very useful anyway.
