      it’s not just tapering. it’s that tapering for some ppl can take much longer, years instead of weeks, and may need a switch to liquid SSRI to do so effectively. it also talks about studies on long term SSRI use or use in older adults that have found effects on cognition.

        You’re describing tapering lmao. Taper over X vs Y timelines or in one form or another is still tapering. Trying engaging your brain before you type.

        My highly subjective experience was cold turkey and micro dose shrooms for a week lol. Eventually ended back up on it because genetic depression doesn’t actually go away, but I feel better knowing I have an exit strategy.
