Motorcycles. And you either want to live in a civilized society or not. So on the one hand UK police are pretty great as far as police go, and absolutely have the right to stop motorized traffic for being “annoying” in a residential street. You absolutely do want to police shit like this. These are just bourgeois kids doing stupid dangerous stuff.
On the other hand there is the political stuff and increasing illegitimacy of the UK government. But I see nothing political here.
