A Japanese X user turned the internet’s mosaic blur into a real bandage. The scratch is healed, it just looks like it is still under review.

What minor cuts are you covering with bandages that size? 😄
They call it censorship. I call it old school video game aesthetics.
All I see is 🍑 🐙
Bigfoot does not need this because Bigfoot is naturally blurry.
Capitalism breeds innovation
All the over-censoring that happens on the internet, people censoring words like “die” or “hurt”, makes me want to come out with a competing line of bandages decorated with high resolution photographs of actual wounds. Make them subversive so it’s a first amendment issue, like a “Things ICE has done to children” series.
That’ll be an awfully large bandage.
Printable bandage sheets so you can quickly add your own design before applying it, complete with a 3D scanning app to make the texture fit non-flat surfaces
This looks incredibly scary and gory. Leaves everything up to imagination.
That is the hidden feature. The imagination supplies the gore at no extra cost.
the internet’s mosaic blur wat 😄
looks cool though, but also way more serious compared to the actual wound in most cases I assume
It is the pixelated censor effect you see in videos. And yeah, it basically turns a minor paper cut into a classified state secret.
i get it, the description just made me chuckle a bit 😊
Yeah, it’s like they never saw it on TV or something.
TV prepared us for everything except our own skin.
Life Pro Tip: Wear a truckload of these and help your local Flock cameras into a dumpster! They seek being thrashed and disregarded into a bin!
GDPR-compliant skin, finally.
This is genuinely cool actually.
Right? Now I just need someone to actually mass produce them so I can buy a lifetime supply.
Just get those removable tattoo papers for inkjet printers.
That’s clever, I love it.
Right? Whoever made it really gave first aid a sense of humor.
