Indeed, it’s clearly a show that’s made by people with an obsessive love of Star Trek as a whole. Most of the really obscure stuff wasn’t central to any plots, but it’s still a little more fun being able to point and go “oh! The giant skeleton of Mr. Spock hanging from the ceiling! That’s from that one weird episode of Star Trek: The Animated Series with the enormous clones!”
