If my former ex-communist state is anything to come by, I guess that way too many history teachers taught that the nazis were evil for evil sake, and didn’t had stuff like blaming economic distress on the Jewish population. Still remember a certain history teacher asking us “Why the Jews for no good reason?”, all while she was an anti-Roma racist.
