It’s real-time dictation with no audio recorded or transmitted anywhere… … But even so, it really goes against the spirit of those laws.

I’ve read (and don’t quote me on it) that the way it gets around those laws is it’s technically not “recording”. It’s real-time dictation with no audio recorded or transmitted anywhere…
