Then I remembered about that GOP politician that literally body slammed a reporter and barely got a slap on the wrist.
He did not lose his job. I’m pretty sure he didn’t even get censured. So correction: it would be a big deal if a Democrat did it. Hell, I bet if a Democratic president had done this exact action in the OP, he’d be impeached. The hypocritical pearl clutching would be off the charts.
