In a ruling issued shortly after midnight, U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly for the District of Columbia granted a 14-day temporary restraining order to CNN, MS NOW and Politico, which had press credentials of their journalists covering the White House revoked on Saturday.
Yet the news outlets said some of their journalists were denied entry to the White House early Thursday morning. They have asked the court for an immediate hearing.
“A Secret Service agent confiscated the hard pass of journalists from all three organizations,” the request submitted to the court said. “And when Plaintiff [CNN Reporter] Betsy Klein, whose hard pass was confiscated on Saturday, September 19, requested to have her hard pass returned, her request was denied and she was refused access to the White House complex.”
I’m just going to hazard a guess that they didn’t create an entire streaming network in two days, and they’ve been planning the press lock out for a while.
So since they are hoping to rake in the cash and nobody will enforce this injunction junction, nothing will happen and they’ll keep doing it.

Saw an article yesterday where the viewership on trump TV was like 500 people.
So, exactly as successful as any other trump venture.
Even at the peak, it was about 8.5k.
And that’s worldwide. So a good hundred or so of those would just be other press watching around the world, to report about it. Within 90 minutes, viewership fell by more than half.
Ha ha ha ha, he needs them more than they need him. I guess they still don’t realize that yet, even after the sound fiasco.
Not just the sound, Trump TV is already failing.
The Daily Beast reported that roughly 8,000 people watched at launch, with the count briefly reaching 8,500. Within 90 minutes, it had fallen by more than half. Fewer than 1,000 were watching early Tuesday, and the outlet observed the count dip below 500 at times on Wednesday.
That’s total viewers, worldwide. Including other press with it on for various reporting reasons.
Those ratings are terrible at every stage. And considering how much Trump focuses on TV ratings… I’m sure there’s ketchup all over every wall in the WH.
