I think too many of you confuse your casual interest in military tactics and history as having the sufficient expertise to speculate on war. Nobody is saying there wouldn’t be fighting, Im saying Canadians do not understand what fighting would actually mean, and honestly, these kinds of comment threads are great examples of that.
The point I’m making ISN’T that the blowhards and nationalists are actually who would fight… but that if ANYONE did, and someone would, it would be extraordinarily difficult to control. And frankly, the impact of actual fighting would be out of all proportion to how significant it really is militarily to the United States
