I would think they would automatically start the impeachment proceedings. If they don’t, I think it answers the bigger question “Was there only one party all along? If so, is it the billionaire class that is steering the ship for us?”.
The capital class holds all the cards. Their wishes will be done regardless of which of the two parties has power.
They’re just the modern version of the ruling class. They’ve always dominated since the dawn of civilization. Socialist movements have attempted to overthrow the capital class with varying degrees of success.
There will always be a ruling class. I’d just prefer if it were the working class.
