Biden overturned a Trump-era ban on trans people serving in the military and made it possible for U.S. citizens who do not identify as male or female to select an “X” as the gender marker on their passports.
So having no control of the Senate, House, or the Supreme Court or the unilateral ability to pass laws, Biden failed to stop the fascists years into the future, and now it’s his fault that Republicans are violating the constitution?
I’m curious what kind of laws you think he (congress) should have created for trans people.
Are you just as upset that he didn’t create new laws to protect Muslims, immigrants, atheists, women, and leftists as well? Or do those laws already exist and are strong enough, but trans people are missing their specific protections?

Well, yes, but it’s his fault for everything Trump does, so, checkmate.
No it’s the American voter’s fault.
Wait are we for or against electoralism here, does it work or does it not?
Trump was voted in by people voting for him.
But does electoralism matter?
Say it fuckin louder for all the fuck-ignorant US Americans that don’t vote.

Wait, so Biden couldn’t protect you from a future lawless government whose every branch is controlled by fascists? Foolish Biden.
