        I love the thought but I worry what would actually happen is a Supreme Court case saying she can’t do anything for bullshit reasons that all miraculously vanish the second a Republican gets elected

        Presidential power overriding Congress is a problem, but the first thing that needs to be taken care of is breaking the Republican party because otherwise no other reforms are going to stick

          We need to stop relying on precedent to save us. If it’s not a law it’s useless. And before you say anything about Trump breaking the law well that’s because SCOTUS set precedent that the POTUS is above the law.

      Why would it stop her? The precedent of doing whatever the fuck you want with impunity has already been set. The president has immunity granted by SCOTUS. She might as well go along with it to our advantage.
