    This is why we evolved to have social hierarchies. It allows social animals such as ourselves to organize and divide labor to achieve things that would otherwise be impossible for individuals. When people feel like their individual contributions towards a particular cause don’t amount to anything then that’s a good sign that the cause is lacking structure and leadership that would be necessary to mobilize people.

      I, as a person with a recalcitrantly strong back and hatred of reading political treatrices am thankful that there is a worldly upper class to tell me what is good for me.
