    I sincerely doubt it. Judges want to do justice. I think most people would call having a robot judge your pleadings and dismiss merit less claims as dystopian.

    Even if it was just “parsing” that’s a layer between you and the judge. Probably also dystopian.

      It doesn’t matter what most people want. It matters what the wealthy and well connected want. The idea of an AI judge they can control is too big of a temptation. The concept of free legal team is too good to be true. The reality of an AI lawyer who will work tirelessly for a fraction of what a real lawyer would is our future.

      Just like they are already pushing AI teachers and doing trial runs on AI doctors. They are coming for the expensive thinking professions first as was predicted.
