Based on history, Anarchism appears to be the system most immune to human corruption, to the point where George Orwell (of 1984 and Animal Farm fame) traveled to Spain to fight for the Anarchist society that had formed there (where he got shot in the neck, and while recovering was then hunted by tankies that betrayed the Anarchists, requiring him to quickly flee).
Regardless of the system, it will always have PEOPLE running it. It will always be fucked.
Except that the range of human behaviors is largely determined by the system. A better system allows for better behaviors.
