It has swipe typing plus a lot of other new features/theme customisation that openboard didn’t have.
Personally I think Kdenlive has the most user-friendly interface of any video- editor (pay software included) so I think it’s ideal for a newcomer. It’s also fairly light on system resource comparatively.
A few years ago, it used to have a reputation for being a bit buggy but seems to be very stable in my experience these days.
The main problem would be the lack of guides/tutorials, though there are a few on YouTube.
They have different usage scenarios.
LocalSend is for the occasional sending of files/folders from A to B or B to A (One direction only).
Syncthing’s primary usage is for keeping the exact same copies of files on A and B automatically.
Yeah definitely. I remember the fake “Detector Vans” designed to frighten people but I suspect going forward with more and more younger people only using Netflix/Amazon Prime etc their attitude will have to change.
Technically the BBC are not “state-funded” but funded by UK viewers paying for a voluntary licence to watch.
I would certainly agree though that the UK government’s influence in appointing staff in the upper echelons of the organisation (and also general government interference in its day to day running) leaves it open to criticism.
tbf Estonia is a stable EU country and Sunaurus (the admin of lemm.ee) is from Estonia so it’s not that strange
