IIRC @[email protected] also showed that it was trivial to map the voting agents with the user based on the comments

If you can’t change your agent, then a patched version of lemvotes can do that mapping

If you can change your agent, you have puppet accounts on steroids

Soon they’ll kill old and then we’ll have a new influx of people here

Censorship isn’t bad anyways when there’s a good reason (ex: hate speech)

Hate speech should be removed by mods or admins

Problem is: Lemmy’s algorithm is shit and doesn’t learn from our preferences. If it did, we would see less posts that we dislike

Piefed has keyword filters that can help with that issue.

Your problem is that you can’t delist your community from /c/all.

Your admin can, that’s a more effective way to deal with that than downvoting
