1 month agoCurious why nobody has mentioned that if you take vitamin D you really need to take vitamin K along with it to help with the absorption.

Coconut oil, salt and tajin. Whirly pop for the win. I’ve been using the same whirly pop for about 15 years.
My son was 3 and I had recently made the decision to be a stay at home dad. So parks, play dates, and household chores! He’s now in college and I’m working that 40 hour grind and reflect on these as some of my best memories!
9·4 months agoDo you use a mouse pad? If so is it old? Asking because I was smelling something like that but not on me. Just at my desk. Then I figured it out. Mine is dirty ass.
Super soaker full of pepper spray/oil. Spray them in the any sensitive exposed area.
