Life is like a bowl of cereal. The longer you wait to live it, the soggier it gets 22M College bro 🎓 Musician 🎷 Just a goober 🤓 Down to chat

Thanks for letting me know, I think that’s the best news I can get so I don’t go on a wild goose chase trying out random drivers with no success lol
It’s just an intel i7, there’s no dedicated GPU, no separate graphics card. The program doesn’t seem to recognize the CPU for an iGPU.
I went to post a comment on this Reddit thread but then my old man saw what I was doing and beat me with jumper cables.
Thank you! :]
Finally bit the bullet and got a Thinkpad and I’m leaning towards putting Fedora on it. I’ve never used Linux before but I’ve done some research and I like the idea of something that updates more often than Debian but isn’t as DIY as Arch. Do y’all think Fedora would make a good starting point? I hear it’s stable enough and offers enough non-free applications through the RPM file management system.
Also, are there any drawbacks in using the immutable Silverblue version? I’m considering it just so I don’t do anything dumb by accident.
Thank you! :D
This. Physical media is awesome to own, and ripping extremely high-quality copies is actually pretty easy, just time-consuming.
I recommend EAC (Exact Audio Copy). It’s free and there are some awesome guides online for setting it to get the best quality for your rips.
That’s awesome! Now how can I add it to Libreoffice?
Shoutout to Shuji Nakamura for making LED lighting as wev know possible. He invented the first significantly bright blue LEDs, consequently using what he knew to make white LEDs a thing
Mull is more or less Fennec with Arkenfox baked into it to prevent fingerprinting
In general, it is my understanding that most radio stations want to have something happen every fifteen minutes (at least), which is to say that it’s very likely for stations to take their commercial breaks around the same time.
For the longest time I just didn’t consider tint. I figured that was something only for the light snobs to worry about. And then I became one od those snobs xD
Can you share a pic? :0
To be honest, I really like the form factor on the Baton series lights. The UI on their lights is dummy simple, and I don’t even mind their proprietary charging methode too much. I just really can’t stand their choice of LEDs.
I like the i3t as a bright little pocket light, I keep one in a pouch just befause it’s 'ol reliable and I don’t care if she gets scuffed up. The UI on it is fair enough, two modes is easy to use, and I think the momentart on is useful for easily switching to high mode.
Olight is very green in real life
Seeing as a new one goes on Amazon for $50 where I am, I’d sell it for $35. Has all the accessories in the box, but it does have some light wear. Here are some pictures for more detail.
It didn’t matter to me until I got a couple lights with really good tint. Still, I do believe Olight has the best build quality for their price and their support team is awesome, they’ve helped me out when a light was faulty.
It does have flashing pads!
It is pretty long for a 16340, I liken that to the deep reflector. I think I’ve seen some folks mod it with a TIR for more throw though! I’m not sure where to get a flashing kit though, I’ve never flashed anything.
D3AA is really hard to beat, especially when you can get a good 14500 like the Vapcell H10. Brilliant light with much better resolution in the stepless dimming. Also, you can use voltage check to get 3 digits of info instead of the usual two. Just checked after a charge and my D3AA flashed out 4.12 V
lol I meant to post this from this account, if you want to see more flashlight content I’ll be sharing it on Cornflake_Dog from now on
