I’m probably a little biased since I use it as a repository for art receipts, but Internet Archive. I started using it after learning that images uploaded to Imgur expire after a certain amount of time or if they get no views after a certain amount of time. The Internet Archive is just that, an archive, so uploads expiring or the site being discontinued should be the very least of your worries!

I used to dislike anything battered, but now I absolutely love it! Battered fries/chips are honestly such a step up that I’ll only eat normal ones if I don’t have a choice

I don’t like going into too much detail about my personal life so I’ll mention a few that don’t reveal too much:

• I got the highest possible score (ie 200/200) on an exam that I didn’t study for and set a record
• Got voted as the class rep after a short speech
• I won’t go into detail about this one but it involved persevering and staying determined for years and not giving up. It paid off incredibly well in the end! Tenacity has always been one of my strong points.

Physics. Sometimes I can’t resist nerding out about it and teaching it to others! I didn’t get the title of “physics girl” in school for nothing haha.

Before such articles are published, the journalists would have had to have collected a lot of information and had the article reviewed by their legal team. For so many women out there, sexual assault is a very real and terrible thing that they’ve experienced, with around 1 in 3 women globally being subjected to either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner sexual violence in their lifetime, and I would not even consider relegating their experiences to a mere “story”.

Statistically speaking, the likelihood of someone lying about sexual assault is low, a reasonable estimate being around 3-4%. When you have 9 separate people making the same claim, it gives credance to the idea that the odds of their claims being false is very low.

And yet here you are sticking up for Gaiman because of what he said over what 9 women said.

My point still stands. If there’s evidence that someone has done terrible things, then most reasonable people aren’t going to stick up for that person. I’m not sure what relevance not knowing the people involved has. Normal people are angry at Neo Nazis even though they may not know one personally.

Even if it was consensual the stuff he’s admitted to doing is just awful. As a girl, I have every right to be angry that people like him view women as toys to use and abuse.

• Get a new computer. My ageing HDD’s experience this intermittent issue with corruption which sometimes affects entire folders, typically larger ones which contain games. The HDD which stores Windows is also getting the same thing although not as bad. I’m also having issues with RAM and overall it’d be less hassle to just replace the whole computer rather than buying parts and fixing it.

• Get a new monitor even though I just set a brand new one up yesterday after I ordered it from Amazon. I can definitely notice the difference between 350 nits (old) and 250 nits (new) even though other people can’t seem to notice any difference in the brightness

• I’m an adrenaline junkie. Skiing, fast go-karting, jumping out of planes, all that jazz

• I have nearly 2 TB worth of games on the hard drive that I store games on, though ARK takes up a sizeable chunk of that space oops

• Eating my fave foods. I’ve always naturally fasted and I don’t have an appetite until pretty late into the afternoon, so this is more than a good excuse to make up for that!

• Clothes shopping. I found a really nice dress the other day and it feels so comfy to wear!

Anyone who knows me that on the ice rink I turn into the human equivalent of a scruffed cat. My friend wanted to see me skate and I didn’t want to disappoint so I ended up launching myself by pushing off of a wall. Suffice to say I ended up landing square on my butt! 😂
