It was T-dog and nick from the movie Waiting
I can taste slicing that up and making some BLTs.
Thx, will definitely check it out.
Loved Red Team Blues, I’m going to have to check out Lost Cause.
Where I live our power went out for about six hours. One of the people I know said it was the Chinese invading.
It was a tree falling over the power lines.
And I’m going t put this in–she is a MAGA freak.
They don’t think anything can happen for a reason other than invasion.
Scared people who watch Fox, News Max, News Nation.
Well, you know, it’s something different. ;).
Give me a term that I can bash on, and I’m good. (Or whatever a user wants to use other than bash).
I do like Cool Retro Term though. Sometimes it’s fun to look at something from the 70’s or 80’s.
Cheers!
I use Google a lot, and I don’t have any problems finding relevant results. But, then again again I do a lot of site searches: site:edu, site: gov. Or, even narrowing down more doing a site search like: site:jstor.org; a lot better than being SEO blinded by doing a general Google search.___
If you’re broke and need some science fiction to read on your tablet or phone Baen is a good place to go.
That is if you don’t have access to a library.
Can you spare a loaf, Arthur?
I don’t know for sure, but I’m pretty sure Peter Dinklage’s character in Pixels was based on him.
That looks fantastic, and Proton DB says it runs well on Linux, so I’m going to have to give it a try.
Evolution can be forced to go to dark mode. I did it on my desktop with a script I found online. And, of course I am on my laptop and can’t find it anywhere right now.
When I get back on my desktop I’ll go through my bash history and find it.
I’m using Pop on both machines.
I haven’t looked into who might be behind it, but maybe North Korea needs some cash.
She needs to go back to being an escort. Do something she might be good at.
Wasn’t he supposed to bring out all of the proof yesterday?
I love that you wrote “not cursing at actual sentient beings” . I love that.
Good to see you here.
Redhat–installed with floppies, years ago. Back to Windows for work. Ubuntu. Lubuntu. Bohdi. Endeavor. Pop. (Actually love Pop). And now Debian with i3. Don’t think I’m hopping after this.
I haven’t done Arch yet, might give it a try. But, before that I think I’ll do Linux from Scratch. Maybe I’ll learn something then.
I was on Lemmy a few years ago on another instance.
I’m always glad to see people on Linux.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a power user or not. I’ve been using Linux as my daily driver for over eight year. And, just the other day on here I had a user give me some good info on Bash. Ctrl + R is much better than up arrow or history. It blew my mind when I used it. I really should learn more Bash though.
Driving north out of Lincoln City, OR had a car come up the shoulder and nose in front of me. Then the police showed up and gave the car a ticket. One of the only times I was happy to see a cop.
Yeah, I would never go there. Just like I won’t go here
