State sanctioned dilution of what it means for things to be true. It’s not about the vaccines, it’s about getting people to accept falsehoods.

Oh please. 2024 would not have turned out any differently had either of them put in a candidacy then. For one, neither had the name recognition then that they do now. More importantly, Biden ran. Nobody else was going to win the primary. When Biden finally stepped out, bringing in some new candidate that a lot of people hadn’t even heard of would have been even worse. That whole episode in Democratic politics was a shitshow, but none of the blame for it lies with Newsom or Pritzker or any governor.
