Hell yeah, Steve Austin is my favorite right wing/libertarian parody, and one of the best one-off characters from 30 Rock.

Jack Donaghy: What should be the role of the government for you?
Steven Austin: Limited. I believe in small government.
Jack Donaghy: Excellent answer.
Steven Austin: Or no government at all. If it works in Antarctica, why can’t it work here? But if we have to have government, make it as small as possible. Dwarves, tiny buildings, pizza bagels for lunch!
Jack Donaghy: Maybe we should stop at small government.

Reminds me of the episode of Silicon Valley when Jian-Yang is working on cloning popular western apps for the Chinese market and the whiteboard behind him is just a list of items like “New Facebook”, “New Reddit” and “New Pied Piper” etc. Trump has a well established history of slapping his name on/endorsing, crappier versions of other people’s ideas, e.g. Truth Social.
