Lived in SE USA most of my life…the majority of the most ridiculous fundamentalists don’t have an inner monologue. They speak but there is nothing going on upstairs except life processes.
The way they cling to ideas from others explains why they cling so tightly…they never had one of their own.
Because of this phenomenal outlook they typically adhere to the first idea that comes around and dismiss everything else as false.

Food…I like cuisine. Requires eating out. I find a place, don’t care about the cost. Try something I’ve never had. It can get expensive.
Moved there in my mid 20’s. A few years after there was a “The Flood of the Century”. They found the McDonald’s Grand Piano standing in a field on the Biltmore Estate. By the time I got there the damage was mostly cleaned up to the point you couldn’t even tell there was a flood.
Used to say that Asheville doesn’t really experience natural disasters…gonna keep my mouth shut from now on.
