271·15 days agoJust cut up fruits and vegetables. They love those. No need to get special toddler snacks. Raisins are healthier than fruit snacks. The ultra processed foods are mostly sold for their convenience, and should be used sparingly.

15·21 days agoTroubleshooting is an underrated skill. We’ve had so many technicians struggle because they lacked troubleshooting skills, many leave after a few months to a year, and some do eventually pick it up, but man is it nice to have a new hire that already knows how to look up manuals and troubleshoot
